All prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. They are starting prices; your quote depends on site size, travel distance, airspace and operating conditions, and the deliverables you need.
Aerial photography gives you high-resolution still images from chosen viewpoints. A 3D model is built from many overlapping photos using photogrammetry, so you can rotate, zoom and view the building or site from any angle on screen. Photos suit records and reports; models suit understanding layout, scale and context.
Yes. Our Progress Partner program includes one scheduled visit per month, with photos captured from repeatable positions and a visual progress summary. More frequent visits, such as every two weeks during critical phases, can be quoted on request.
We can build 3D models of stockpiles that support preliminary volume estimates. Dependable figures need ground control references, the right image capture, accuracy checks and independent validation. We offer this as a pilot so we can agree on the method and check results with you before relying on them. These estimates are not certified inventory figures.
No. Our maps and models are for visualization, communication and documentation. We don't provide topographic surveys, boundary surveys or measurements for design and legal use. In Ontario, legal boundary surveys must be performed by a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor, and survey-grade data should come from a qualified surveying professional. We're happy to work alongside your surveyor.
Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Orléans, Carp, Kemptville, Arnprior, Gatineau and nearby communities. Some locations, such as sites near airports or on restricted land, may need extra approvals or may not be possible to fly. We'll confirm this when we review your request. Travel outside the core area may be added to the quote.
It depends on the site, airspace approvals and weather, since we can't fly in rain, high wind or poor visibility. Photo projects are usually the fastest to deliver; 3D models take longer because of processing time. We'll give you a delivery estimate with your quote.
Drone flights in Canada follow Transport Canada's rules. Depending on the location, a flight may need an airspace authorization from NAV CANADA, for example near the Ottawa airport. We also need the property owner's permission to take off and land, and certain lands, including National Capital Commission property, require separate permission. We handle the flight planning and airspace steps and will let you know if anything is needed from you.
